Ms. Sheila: Owner
Ms.
Sheila’s dream has always been to bring her in-home daycare to a beautiful
facility where she could assist and provide parents with top-notch child care. Finally her dream has come true! Ms. Sheila
has provided excellent child care for many families for over 25 years. At Le
Bon Enfants, you can be sure your child will be provided a safe, loving environment
needed to grow. She has built and
staffed this building with love and is looking forward to continuing her dream
for many more years to come.
Ms. Jennifer: Director
As a
mother of two children, Ms. Jennifer knows what parents
want and what children need in a day care center. Ms. Jennifer comes to Le Bon Enfants with over 14 years of experience in child care and a Masters in Education from Old Dominion University. For the past eight years, she has held a position as a director for a well-known, national day care franchise. Her work earned her the Diamond Director award in 2010. Ms. Jennifer loves seeing the
children in the morning to say hello and working with the teachers to create a curriculum that will engage our students.
Ms. Dianna: Administrator
Ms.
Dianna has a heart of gold and a beautiful smile! That is why she is the first
one you will see in the morning or afternoon when you come to Le Bon Enfants! Ms.
Dianna has worked with Ms. Sheila as her right-hand woman for the past two
years and has been tirelessly beside her through the implementation of Le Bon
Enfants. As a mother of four amazing children, she too has knowledge of what
children and parents need in a daycare center. Ms. Dianna will oversee and
organize the paperwork at Le Bon Enfants and help keep the business running
smoothly.
Ms. Jenn: Culinary Expert and Room Floater
Ms. Jenn is the culinary expert at Le Bon Enfants and will be preparing the meals and the snacks for the children throughout the day. Ms. Jenn comes to us with previous experience and will help maintain healthy, well-balanced meals for your child. She will help create the monthly menus with fresh vegetables and fruit for each child at the center. Not only will Ms. Jenn be in the kitchen, but with her talents, she will even come into the classrooms to help out when she is needed.
Ms. Debbie: Infant Room
Ms.
Debbie began working with children when she was just 12 years old working 40 hours
a week with three children! Throughout the years, she has been a director of a
center and has worked within the Virginia Beach community for 18 years. Ms.
Debbie’s knowledgeable background and experience makes her ready for the
smallest people in the Le Bon Enfants community. You will quickly understand
why we are so lucky to have her as a part of our family!
Ms. Jenna: Infant Room
Ms.
Jenna has brought many different talents to Le Bon Enfants. Not only has Ms.
Jenna worked as a teacher assistant in Richmond, but she is also EMT certified
and dreams of revisiting nursing school in the near future. She has an
unquenchable thirst for knowledge and her sweet disposition makes her nurturing
to the smallest inhabitants at Le Bon Enfants!
Ms. Katie : 12 - 24 Month Old Room
Ms.
Katie is the youngest member at Le Bon Enfants, but her age says nothing about
her experience working with children. Ms. Katie’s mother has been a child care
provider for over twenty years and that is where she found her love of working
with children. She has worked in a child care facility for many years and loves
being able to teach and play with the little ones. Her bright personality and ability to talk to
children make her perfectly matched with each one.
Ms. Rendy: 18 - 36 Month Old Room Lead Teacher
Ms.
Rendy has six years of experience as the director of the Pre-K and Kindergarten
program at New Life Christian Academy in Farmville, Virginia, and she is also a
mom of two beautiful children. Ms. Rendy is knowledgeable of the developmental
stages and goals in this age group and looks forward to walking in the center
and working with the children every morning. She has a kind heart and believes
in having a positive attitude all the time!
Ms. Trisha: 24 - 36 Month Old Room
Ms.
Trisha comes to Le Bon Enfants from New York where she worked within the field
of child care. She absolutely adores all children, and it is her dream job is
to work with them. Ms. Trisha will provide your little ones with a safe, loving
and nurturing environment that they are accustomed to at home. Your child will
enjoy every minute they have with Ms. Trisha while learning and playing.
Ms. Andrea: Three Year Old Room Lead Teacher
Ms.
Andrea is a ray of sunshine here at our center! Prior to her position at Le Bon
Enfants, Ms. Andrea has six years of experience working with children of varied
ages. She is also fluent in Spanish and
loves interacting with the children. Ms.
Andrea will be working with Ms. Meaghan and Ms. Jennifer to prepare her
children to move to the Four Year Old Room when their time comes.
Ms. Diliana: Three Year Old Room
Ms.
Diliana’s personality will brighten up any cloudy day! She comes to us with a
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education has extensive prior experience
as a nanny here in Virginia Beach. Ms. Diliana loves to work with children and
enjoys their inquisitive nature which she will help foster with each child in
the room. With her positive attitude, Ms. Diliana will be able to encourage the
children to come into their own and help them become acquainted with the potty.
Ms. Meaghan: Four Year Old Room Lead Teacher
Ms.
Meaghan is a sweetheart that comes to Le Bon Enfants with a wealth of
experience in child care and a Bachelor’s degree in English. She is currently
working on her Masters in Early Elementary Education. Ms. Meaghan loves working and having fun with
children. She will be working to develop and implement the curriculum at Le Bon
Enfants with Ms. Jennifer.
All teachers and administrators at Le Bon Enfants are First Aid and CPR certified.
